In the beginning, we planned a workshop program, dedicated to mathematics teachers, in Tasikmalaya, West Java, Indonesia. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is getting worse, this workshop program could not be executed as planned. We changed the workshop program to two webinar series held in August 2020. However, we keep our principal aim, and the spirit of this program does not change. Our purpose of the program is to give insight and spirit of mathematics itself for the mathematics teacher. That is the mathematics is not only related to computations, but also about reasoning, developing and playing the idea, and the art of problem-solving. Although in Indonesia the mathematics is delivered in elementary and middle school, it needs to be improved to obtain a better quality of education. A good mathematics teaching is not only determined by the excellent delivering or teaching technique but also the teacher's expertise in mathematics itself. Basically, a webinar format has some advantages instead of the offline workshop. In the webinar series, we could have participants from the whole of Indonesia, however, one should have excellent internet quality. We also manage the program easier through the online webinar platform. However, we could not have a direct interaction with the participants.
