Field development with low permeability is very difficult to be effective. The use of hydraulic fracture stimulation method is more interesting to develop fields that have these characteristics. This research shows the application of artificial fracturing technology to increase the productivity of tight gas wells. The performance of hydraulic fracture wells was evaluated with the proposed model and compared with conventional well performance. Although in general wells with hydraulic fractures can increase productivity, the effects of each variable that determines the size of productivity and fracture geometry must be carefully studied. This study discusses the evaluation of the well model and the performance of the well by hydraulic fracturing. The economic value of these wells is also compared to wells without hydraulic fracturing.
