The use of digital media in society is no longer extraordinary. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, digital media has become the main medium for people in carrying out their daily activities. This increasing intensity of interaction basically causes a potential change in the user's human mentality. In this context, the change, or shift, in question is about the way of searching, obtaining and interpreting the information itself. Information seems to be no longer seen as a complementary object of daily life anymore, but has transformed into another being that seems to live in parallel with humans who use digital media themselves. As a motivation, this study intends to find an alternative dialectic related to information interpretation and the response to it that applies in digital society. These findings are expected to be complement of: 1) understanding of the technological logic that works in the minds of digital society, especially when gathering information through digital media, and 2) the content development of academic thinking on space and spatiality.The purpose of this research is to seek alternative conceptual schema on the dialogue between people and information (e.g. searching, interpreting, reacting, using) on digital and/or analog media.  By employing  a post-phenomenology method, the result of the study show that the information that is built cannot be separated from its context of real and virtual world relationship. Furthermore, the presence of other people is also one of the factors that determine the value of information. Thus, information not only enlightens people about something, but also becomes a representation of a negotiation of the human mind which contextualizes the virtual and real worlds, experiences and memories, as well as imagination and reality.
