Background: This article discusses the financial report digitization program for Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Sri Nanti Village, Sei Menggaris District, Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. The program was conducted by the Faculty of Art and Design (FSRD) of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 2024 as part of a community service initiative aimed at enhancing village independence through transparent and accountable financial management. This article highlights the importance of digitizing BUMDes financial reports to strengthen accountability, improve efficiency, and encourage community involvement in managing village funds.
Contribution: The contribution of this service program is to make BUMDes Sri Nanti an independent village, especially in transparent and accountable financial management.
Method: Through training and mentoring methods, participants were introduced to basic accounting concepts, various types of financial reports, and the use of the Android-based "Akuntansi UKM" application to prepare financial reports digitally.
Results: The results of this program showed an increase in the participants' knowledge and skills in creating digital financial reports.
Conclusion: This article is expected to contribute to encouraging other villages to adopt digital technology in managing BUMDes finances to achieve more inclusive and sustainable village development.
Memberikan Pelatihan Pencatatan Keuangan berdasarkan Prinsip Akuntansi
Manfaat PM ini : 1) bagi KK dan F/S sebagai implementasi keilmuan sesuai dengan roadmap KK Ilmu kemanusiaan di Tahun 2024 yakni Perubahan Sosioteknologi khususnya kemanusiaan. 2) sebagai implementasi multidisplin keilmuan antara F/S yakni keilmuan humanities dengan finansial SBM juga melibatkan pakar sosiologi dari kampus lain 3) Bagi pelaku Bumdes dan aparatur pemerintahan desa Srinanti, mereka memilii kecakapan dalam hal pencatatan keuangan berdasarkan prinsip akuntansi untuk mengembangkan BUmdes kedepannya agar lebih baik. 4) Bagi ITB, kegiatan PM ini merupakan bukti kehadiran ITB dalam meningkatkan pemulihan ekonomi pasca covid yang dilakukan di wilayah 3T.(Sei-Menggaris termasuk wilayah 3T)
