This research is a continuation of the research of P3MI researchers and teams in 2019 concerning "Analysis of Trend Forecasting Translation in a Craft Context". One of the conclusions of this research is that tradition plays a role in constructing trend prediction. However, the tradition in the context of trend forecasting is commonly perceived as a behaviour rather than a culture. In many cases, a tradition more likely utilised as inspiration rather than a parameter. This difference of understanding is susceptible to creates a misconception in analysing trend and translating trend report. This research will concentrate on developing a website as a platform that could be utilised by craft industries as a resource to provide more accurate information in understanding and analysing trends as part of their product development. Based on the literature reviewed in the previous studies, tradition plays a part in forecasting trend. Nevertheless, the tradition in the context of forecasting commonly utilised as inspiration rather than a parameter in making a decision. This model of analysis rises problems when the trend report applied to the scope of the region where it has relatively dominant cultural roots of tradition. One of the problems is difficulties in translating trend driver into a product, especially in the craft sector where tradition is part of their business. This research tries to develop media to bridge those gaps. The media that this research choose is a website that will act as a source of information for craft industries and assist them in utilising trend reports.
