Ringkasan Kegiatan

This research aims to develop a tofu production technology, especially the Soymilk Separation Technology by considering the context of the user. The Engineering Design Methodology by Pahl and Beitz is adapted by utilizing the Customer Experience Map, Pugh Concept Selection, and Configurational Design as a tool in the methodology to ensure the appropriateness of the design. From the first phase, it is known that the problem focus is the soymilk separation process, and ten design requirements are identified. The result of the second phase are generating three conceptual design, and one of them is selected as the best concept. The final 3D design is the result of the third phase and it is analyzed with independence axiom in axiomatic design. Based on the analysis, the design is categorized as the decouple design, so it fulfills the independence axiom.
