Ringkasan Kegiatan

This training is in line with the role of higher education institutions in implementing the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education), namely community service through improving superior HR as a form of social responsibility to the high school level. The activity for Vocational School students is in the form of collaboration between domestic industry, foreign industry, schools (Vocational School), West Java Education Office and ITB under the Multimedia & Animation Lab, Visual Communication Design - FSRD ITB. This collaboration builds a future creative mindset, where universities can bridge various interests to work together in creating superior HR suiting industrial needs while simultaneously simulating the industrial needs in the Multimedia & Animation Lab, DKV FSRD ITB. On the other hand, the existence of the Multimedia & Animation Lab is to become a knowledge center where we can implement research results, expertise, and collaboration models among various parties. By looking at that scheme, it is hoped that this community service can strengthen the position of ITB through the Animation and Multimedia Lab - DKV FSRD as a knowledge center, where we can implement the results of teaching and research to carry out community service activities, especially for Vocational School as a form of enhancement and reinforcement of Indonesia's superior HR.

Creative Economy is a new economic wave in the 21st century and content industry is an important part of the development of digital communication today. Improving superior human resources (HR) can be undertaken from adolescence, both in public High Schools (SMA) and in special Vocational Schools (SMK). Space for creativity and creative thinking, such as ideas, imagination, inspiration, fantasy, and thought, needs to be trained and explored become intellectual property and opportunities to increase competitiveness and welfare. It is planned that through this program, creative human resources can be created through direct training from professionals in the field of media content, thus add competitive competencies value and have working experience creatively.
