As a country with a tropical climate, Indonesia has risk to have many disease problems, such as skin disorder or dermatitis. It was recorded that, the patients with allergic contact dermatitis in Indonesia continuously increase, and always at top 6 out of 10 among other diseases. Dermatitis is an either acute, sub-acute, or chronic inflammatory skin disease. One of therapies is using sulfur compound. Through community service program, it was conducted training activity to develop soap containing sulfur. The soap was chosen as easy to apply and prepare by the participants with simple facilities.
