The quality of internet networks in the Payakumbuh regency now needs to be optimized, because there are often complaints about the difficulty of getting internet access and slow network, especially for internet network management in the public health center environment. Internet solutions used are Wifi as backhaul and last mile using unlicensed spectrum. This solution is used because Wifi devices are now easily available on the market at affordable prices. The use of unlicensed spectrum makes it easier to deploy and reduces investment costs because there is no need to pay for frequency usage fees. The use of unlicensed spectrum is generally constrained by factors of spectrum utilization which are already quite high, especially in urban areas. However, in the Payakumbuh area in general this utilization factor will not still be in the form of a blank spot.
