The large market potential of processed palm sugar products, one of which is indicated by the increasing rate of demand for palm sugar, is not matched by the development of palm trees as raw material. Currently, there is stagnation in the availability of raw materials. Next, in terms of performance management of sugar palm farmers that are not well organized and having to maintain the quality of the palm sugar is in accordance with the standards that have been determined through SNI but farmers have not been able to meet these things. The purpose of this research is to describe the problems that occur and those faced by farmer groups, in addition to helping farmers and palm sugar entrepreneurs in finding out the latest information regarding the development of palm sugar businesses today, especially in the digital world which is progressive. The PPM P3MI 2020 activity consists of several stages, the first stage is the form of an initial focus group discussion (FGD) regarding initial information, the second stage is the form of training related to business partnerships and distribution centres for sugar palm products (powder) and third stage in the form of evaluation of activities and training has been done. In addition to the FGD, a special interview was also conducted, questionnaire to 15 respondents (farmers and palm sugar entrepreneurs who are currently active in running their business) via google form. Training provided to members of farmer groups and palm sugar business actors, the material includes: 1. Theories related to supply chain management and the distribution of palm sugar farming 2. Application and information about marketing platforms based on categories of use (easy, medium and difficult to access) 3. Designing palm sugar product labels with a free and easy-to-use online application, and 4. Photo product briefing with a minimal budget The conclusion from this activity is there was a period of stagnation in product sales during the Covid period, except during Eid al-Fitr. When covid-19 took place, there was an increase in the sales quantity but at a fixed price. At this time there was also an increase in business partners. Meanwhile, when a ppm has over, covid-19 pandemic still occurs.
