Indonesia currently has the results of research on the level of financial literacy of the people of Indonesia conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) using random sampling techniques. Respondents in the research are family members who have the responsibility to make financial decisions in the family. The results of this research indicate that Indonesian people have a low level of financial literacy. The research only focused on financial decision-makers in the household and did not examine more deeply the background of each respondent. Logically the background of each respondent will also affect the results of research. MSME is one type of business that has developed and grown in various parts of the world. MSME itself is also a very independent business and does not have a dependency on the government. Although MSME is an independent type of business, it can prove that MSME is a type of business that also absorbs much labour and reduces unemployment so that it can provide economic growth for a country.
