Indramayu district with the amount of profession as a farmer reaches 38 percent of the total population is very vulnerable in decreasing of the productivity of rice. If this failure occurs in the Indramayu’s rice fields reach 114 thousand ha, then the loss of farmers is estimated to reach Rp 957 billion per year. To overcome these problems, will be apllied maps the prediction of rainfall and growing season has been developed with the advantage for planning the planting time and harvesting crops while avoiding the failure. This technology of rainfall prediction map and rice planting pattern in Indramayu ever implemented in the East Nusa Tenggara. Nevertheless the technology that will be applied has been increased to map of the prediction of rainfall and dasarian scale rice cropping pattern. Dasarian information will be much needed by farmers in Indramayu in planning the cropping pattern of rice. Dissemination rainfall prediction map technology and rice plant season will be carried out through the following stages: Focus Group Discussion (FGD), training, and workshops. The main target FGD is to validate the outcome of rainfall prediction and the growing season by getting the information about rainfall and growing season in the field. The activity is also intended as an initial introduction to the prediction of rainfall and planting of rice with a very high accuracy which much needed by farmers. Furthermore, the training is intended to train extension workers and farmer groups in reading and understanding the rainfall prediction map and rice planting season that has been tested with high accuracy as well as the implementation plan in the next planting season in selected agricultural land (village) in Indramayu. While the workshop is aimed to socializing the prediction results of smart climate model that contain rainfall prediction map and rice planting season in all regions of Indramayu district and also the possibility of applying to other villages in Indramayu.
