Terminal Control Area (TMA) has the highest complexity when compared to other airspaces because it serves 3 flight operation scenarios at once such as departure, arrival, and cross-flight. Therefore, traffic in the terminal area becomes very congested and the air traffic controller (ATC) requires extra concentration to manage it so that no conflicts, flight delays, or other risks will happen. To avoid such condition, this research will focus on developing aircraft arrival models in the airport terminal area. The type of simulation applied to the model is a point object simulation developed through MatLab. This study aims to determine how to build a simulation model of arrival in the terminal area and landing capacity and the average time of conflict resolution aircraft at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
