The need for ideal soft skills in college is increasing along with the growing need for quality college graduate. Bandung Institute of Technology answers these needs, therefore ITB began a Tracer Study in 2015 and continued every year to obtain various information from graduate and from various companies that have become ITB partners. Religion and Ethics courses and Citizenship Education courses have an important role in building ITB student soft skills. The research method that we use a quantitative descriptive method based on the philosophy of positivism with an emphasis on phenomena that are objective and studied quantitatively. The use of numbers, statistical processing, controlled and structured experiments are included in the research implementation. The results obtained are used to the achievement of the research objectives so that they do not leave the corridor of the problem of research. This activity is going according to plan, from May to September, with the output of scientific articles and workshops as socialization to various Universities, of course this research is part of the Research, Community Service and Innovation (P3MI) program. Then presented at the National Seminar on Citizenship 1 "Citizenship education and religious values: The point of issue nationality and publicity". Saturday, July 27, 2019, which took place in the Hall of the Islamic Center of Campus IV Ahmad Dahlan University. And the workshop on September 24, 2019 in the East CC auditorium. This activity aims to answer the need for ideal soft skills in college institutions which is increasing along with the development of the needs of high quality graduate of higher education
