This program is basically an evaluation of the previous community empowerment project, entitled "Application of Technoculture Principles in Community Empowerment by Using The Appropriate Technology (Banana Flour Machine) in Kampung Cibeureum, Tarumanagara, Pandeglang, Banten.” This follow-up activity aims to evaluate the achievement of the previous program outcomes, including; the improvement of local community skills in processing bananas by using the appropriate technology, as well as marketing techniques for processed products. Evaluating the implementation of any program is needed to determine the progress of its implementation in accordance with its objectives, and to understand the depth of problems posibly emerging in its planning, implementing and utilizing processes. Considering that this program is evaluative, the method used is an evaluation method that is directed towards the outcomes of the previous one. More specifically, the evaluation will be directed towards the achievement of: community skills in banana processing by using the appropriate technology; community participation in implementing the economic empowerment; the ability of marketing strategies to sell banana processed products in accordance with the culture and purchasing power of the local community; and marketing and selling various flour-based processed products that add to their economic income. In addition to the evaluation process, the Team also conducted further assistance with participatory action learning approaches. The evaluation process, which was accompanied by a follow-up program in the field, showed that there was an increase in the local community ability to process and package the banana products to become economically valuable chips. The progress has also been seen in terms of their ability to use social media as a marketing medium. The results of this service were presented at the National Seminar on Citizenship, held by Ahmad Dahlan University on July 27, 2019, entitled “Membangun Kemandirian Ekonomi Warga Negara Melalui Pelatihan Kewirausahaan (Studi atas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kampung Cibeureum, Desa Tarumanegara, Kecamatan Cileles, Kabupaten Pandeglang).”
