The aim of this community service activity is to develop the potential of taro and gadung tubers in Cimara Village, Pasawahan District, Kuningan Regency in order to have high added value through diversification of processing directly into ready-to- consume food and or high-quality intermediate product to be sold in the market as local featured products. The target community in this community service activity is the Mulya Subur Farmer Group in Cimara Village. The methodology used is participatory method by providing training to the community both in theory and practice, applying the appropriate technology in food processing and packaging technology of food products made from taro and gadung as raw materials, as well as assisting farmer groups in the implementation process. Activities include theory (30%) and practice (70%), with the following details: (1) Introduction to food diversification and food packaging technology; (2) introduction of various types of processed and intermediate products made from raw taro and yam, (3) practice of making any products made from taro and yam (flakes, chips), (4) product packaging and labeling, (5) Carry out continuous assistance so that the appropriate technology that is provided can be implemented properly. Based on the results of the evaluation of the entire set of all activities through a questionnaire submitted to the participants, the assessments given ranged from good to very good (score> 70), meaning that this activity could be well received by the participants. The level of confidence of the participants in the success of the activity program is an average of 87.68%, meaning that this activity can have a positive impact on the economic activities of the community.
