Attractive tastes and flavor is the main factor in determining quality in coffee. A different variety of coffee have unique aromatic compound for each type (Bhumiratana et al., 2011). Coffee with a good bean quality is affected by coffee plant’s ability in absorbing balance nutrition and suitable habitat. It can done an optimum nutrition absorbing by symbiosis with mychorrizhae which is known as the most organisms that done a symbiosis in all ecosystem with arbuscular mychorryzhae (MVA) as the most seen species (Strack et al., 2003). Research about mychorrizhae in coffee plant has been done in School of Life Science and Technology ITB. Usage of mychorrizal fertilizer can increase coffee plant’s quality and produce an eminent coffee bean. This community service is one of researcher’s contribution in increasing coffee farmer’s knowledge and to increase community’e welfare. Coffee farmer’s knowledge enhancement about importance of mychorrizhae in increasing coffee plant’s quality is the focus in this activity. It was done in Banyuatis village, fostered by SITH ITB in North Bali.
