The emergence of a pandemic at the end of 2019 until now is caused by the outbreak corona virus diseases (Covid19) (WHO, 2020) and causing a real impact on changes in human behavior by implementing new habits of health protocols for all people (Kantar Indonesia, 2020). The real impact in the world of education is very pronounced and significant, which requires students and students to learn distance online (online). One of the impacts of implementing the AKB is in terms of teacher and student performance. The objective of this research is to find out the teacher's brain waves recorded after the teacher carries out remote teaching assignments using online facilities to determine the condition of the teacher's brain waves during WFH. The subjects in this study were consisted of 10 teachers of 5 men and 5 women at Junior High School of ,SMP Negeri 1, Cimahi City. The research was conducted in 3 stages, namely (1) the preparation (as H0), (2) the implementation (H1) and (3) the final stage (h3). Overall, when compared alpha wave, the observed scores for women were higher than the scores of men, with the most significant difference being seen in the AF8 sensor especially H0 and H1. On the other hand, the observed beta waves’ scores for women were higher than those observed for men, with the most significant differences being seen for TP9 H0 and AF7 H1. The cognitive short term memory test results were higher in women than men from both alpha and beta waves.
