The efforts invested for the scientific research and community service are not only essential for Theoretical High Energy Physics and Instrumentation research community development only, but are crucial for our life, nature, and to enhance the technological and intellectual level of our society. It is important for the Theoretical High Energy Physics and Instrumentation community research community to address, discuss, and propose new ideas to incorporate this interaction for the advancement of the local community. In this program, we also develop conductivity meter to measure the quality of milk. The aim is to make a measuring device capable of monitoring changes in milk quality in terms of electrical conductivity record data and guaranteeing consumers in the use of milk food if there is a decrease in quality. To monitor the quality of milk, a conductivity meter protoype was made. This prototype is based on the four probe method on capillary pipes by monitoring milk electrical conductivity record data on computers using the Arduino program. Electrical conductivity record data is expected to provide information about the decrease in milk quality and show parameters that affect the electrical conductivity record data of milk. For example, we develop a Survival Kit that can be used for more than 72 hours and can be used repeatedly.
