This project is a continuation of the development of a data center and analysis repository of Indonesian art which was initiated at the Aesthetics and Arts Sciences Group starting in 2017 called CIVAS (Center for Indonesian Visual Art Studies). In the first year, activities were centered on the innovation of digital repository platform the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design ITB. In it’s second year, after the repository is formed, the following step was to complete the database. In it’s third year now, CIVAS has collected Bandung School data and documentations from pioneering and developing generations. The following next are archives activation that has been digitally collected so it can be more accessible by the wider community. This activity has three main parts, the first is a system updating that will improve the user access experience. This renewal also includes considering some input from limited users in the ITB environment that has been done from 2017. The second is the analysis and data curating which will be divided into several time lines related to historical moments. This analysis uses a qualitative study approach. Third is the simultaneous uploading data into the system. The main output target is the publication of scientific articles outside scientific journals in the form of archive analysis and repository manuals. CIVAS (Center for Indonesian Visual Art Studies) will be launched to be widely accessible to the public. The launching event will be held this year in conjunction with a major art exhibition on a national scale in November 2019. At present, an international public lecture related to the Imagined Curatorial exhibition will be held on November 26 and 28, 2019.
