Activity Summary

Early in 2022, was a sign that it has been almost two years Indonesia and also the whole world experienced Pandemic Covid-19. Although, at this time the Pandemic Covid-19 status has become endemic, but the whole country still applies the right health protocol to continue to suppress and reduce the rate of spread of COVID-19. Furthermore, the first question is, "Do people already know about how good health sports in the recovery process of Covid-19?" Especially by doing health sports, a circardian cycle will be created which involves resting patterns, eating consumption patterns, and other routine patterns that can affect the quality of one's life. It seems very important, especially for sports researchers to conduct community service programs in the socialization of health sports, to remind them to carry out good physical activities. In addition to being considered health sports with the development of the times ranging from adolescents and even children must pay more attention to nutrients especially for some people who do have a relationship or family derivative that has diabetes mellitus, no less important to know the right nutrition to prevent degenerative diseases, especially sufferers Diabetus Mellitus Type 2. This activity was carried out in 2 Puskesmas, namely Ibrahim Adjie Health Center and Jatinangor Health Center, compliant with the health protocol, and followed by nearly 100 people in each of their puskesmas. This community service activity was filled by 2 presenters, where the first speaker discussed the right nutrition to prevent degenerative diseases, especially people with diabetes mellitus type 2 delivered by Dr. IMMACULATA IWO. While the second speaker discussed the socialization of health sports conveyed by Dr. Nia Sri Ramania, M.Sc. This service activity is to introduce the socialization of good and correct health sports, starting from how to see the condition of the body by calculating the pulse. As for health checks ranging from anthropometric checks, check daran sugar and tension. It is hoped that the entire community, especially around the Ibrahim Adje Health Center and Jatinangor Health Center, is more aware of the importance of health sports and paying attention to nutrition and can increase fitness to stay healthy.
