Throughout its existence as a study program, interior design studied at the Bandung Institute of Technology as a science to solve design problems professionally related to human needs for space and the built environment whose quality demands always develop. To ensure that designers can continue to be recognized their professional role and developing more effectively in society, the efforts of scientific investigations empirirally to perfect their knowledge need to be sought for a variety of human life phenomena born as a result of sensory interactions with their fostered environmental interactions that cause changes in perception , Thought, emotions and behavior have become a topic of special studies in the design of the design psychology. Since 2012, Drs. Prabu Wardono, M.Des, Ph.D, gave special attention to the development of design psychology at the Faculty of Arts and Design, ITB, both through his research in Human KK and Interior Space and Student Research for the Design Masters Program. The design of the design psychology that is being compiled is a collection of scientific papers from the results of academic studies and empirical research which are partly published through proceedings and reputable international and national journals. Therefore, some of these papers are translations into English from an English-speaking paper. To support the scientific development of the scientific design of interior design and design in general.
