"Kampung Tarikolot, Cinangsi Village is one of the regions that has the potential to be carried out further development in the field of freshwater and agricultural fisheries. Some locals have livelihoods as farmers and freshwater fish farmers. However, local residents are still conducting conventional fisheries cultivation so that it has an impact on the waste produced pollutes the river flow in the Tarikolot village. One of the efforts to reduce fisheries waste is the use of probiotics during fisheries aquaculture. The use of probiotics serves to break down the remaining feed, organic compounds from dissolved feed, and fish dirt. Besides that, residents of Kampung Tarikolot, Cinangsi Village also have a livelihood as a farmer. According to information obtained in the field of farmers, the price of fertilizer is increasing. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the skills of local residents in making probiotics and producing probiotics to be applied in the cultivation of fisheries and agriculture by local residents. How to solve local problems is carried out program socialization activities that will be carried out, training related to the making of animal probiotics (fish) and plants, the production of fish and plant probiotics is carried out and how to apply them. Socialization and training are carried out directly by maintaining health protocols. The practice is carried out according to the work steps (SOP) of making probiotics. Then followed by direct practice by local residents with the assistance and monitoring of the Citarum Harum Team. The results obtained are farmers and fish cultivation perpetrators have been able to make or produce household scale probiotics independently."
