One of the problems experienced by farmers in the country is the low bargaining power in selling agricultural products. This happens among others due to lack of sales access, lack of time to sell directly, and the absence of transportation facilities to transport crops. The ITB Rural Empowerment Center (P2D) in collaboration with the Virtuous Village -Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) has implemented a digital platform utilization program in Haurgombong Village with the aim of helping farmers to distribute and sell their agricultural products. The program carried out is by creating and utilizing digital platforms (websites and WA Groups) to market agricultural products and Digital Marketing Socialization and Training activities for farmers. Several events involving farmers with BUMDes coordination included Bazaar at the Milangkala Village HaiNgombong Village on June 20, 2023 and Jatif 2023 at the Jatinangor ITB Campus on September 2, 2023. & nbsp; center of empowerment Rural (P2D) through the Digital Platform Utilization Program in the Village of Haurgombong, in collaboration with the Very -Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in helping farmers to channel their agricultural products. The solution offered is by utilizing a digital platform to market the agricultural products of Haurgombong Village. So it is expected that farmers as a producer can determine the appropriate price and also become a means for the Farmers Community such as the Farmer Women and MSME groups around Haurgombong to cooperate with each other. The method carried out in this activity is Participatory Learning Activity (PLA) which is a method of learning and community empowerment through the learning process of lectures, discussions, and direct implementation (learning by doing). & Nbsp;
Assistance of the use of this digital platform through several stages, namely socialization activities, focus group discussions, website design, product information collection, and then proceed with website socialization and training on digital marketing and recording daily from product sales activities. The results of this program are followed up with Various Village -Owned Enterprises that actively assist farmers in marketing agricultural products such as participating in the Bazaar at the Milangkala Village of Haurgombong Village and Jativest 2023 on the Jatinangor ITB Campus. & Nbsp; Constraints faced during the implementation of this program include the limited access to farmers to the use of cellphones and the internet. Further research is to understand the relationship between the pattern of HR deployment in the cultivation of agricultural land with product utilization and marketing patterns.
