In the KK road map of the FTMD design, in 2015, the development of prosthetic feet has been initiated with affordable prices, which begins with the knee of the prostetikmultisumbu, as an alternative to the prostyphetic knee a single axis for the patient of the knee so that their movement becomes more natural and the motion of the movement is normal. At present the prosthetic knees have been obtained by the patent (IDP000073081) and in the stage towards commercialization. As a part of the development of prosthetic feet at an affordable price, in the activities of 2020, the ITB biomechanics research team has developed a mapatur socket that can be integrated on false feet so that the Kakipalsu device can be more comfortable to use because it can adjust the remaining amputation patients whose volume can change. Prostetic products with good performance but at affordable prices become a lot of things desired by prosthetic foot users in Indonesia, which are related to the lower secondary economic background. Through this Bottom-Up Community Community Program, the team will cooperate with the Bandung Disabled Creativity (KKD) group that is members of the Mandiri Disabled Creation Foundation (YDKM) to apply simple prosthetic foot technology so that it can be used to improve the quality of prosthetic legs made by this disabled group . The KKD is a disabled community engaged in prosthetic making with very simple tools and ingredients, it is not even uncommon for using used goods such as parts and used metal materials. Specifically in this program the kakiprostetics with socket technology can set to be introduced Guidance will be given since the design stage, the process of manufacturing hence product evaluation. In each of these processes, some ITB Akandilation students collide so that they can learn each stages of designing the design to the realization and get feedback directly from users. Through the interaction with this disabled community, it is hoped that besides the bemuan obtained, it will wake up sensitivity, empathy and and high enthusiasm in ITB students involved, so that they can improve the educational process they travel at ITB. This program in addition to involving lecturers from the Mechanical Engineering Study Program, will also involve lecturers from the ITB product design study program. With this, it is expected that collaboration will be realized in a simple prosthetic description that can be utilized by prostetichal craftsmen in Bandung, especially by Bandung Disabled Creativity groups.

The expected benefits of this community service activity, namely the Bandung Disabled Creativity (KKD) group who are members of the Mandiri Disabled Creativity Foundation or YKDM can produce prosthetic legs that have better performance but with affordable prices
