Based on the results of the questionnaire many respondents who have more curiosity related to fermentation due to various things, among others, they already know that fermented products have sufficient properties of health. But there are still many who do not know how to do good and correct fermentation so they can have good efficacy for health. In addition, many respondents have the desire to expand the culinary business cucups room towards fermented products because the fermented products have many fans, such as Kimchi, Kombucha etc.
