This time we present the Narasumber Harkunti P. Rahayu, Ph.D. Newton Prize Winner 2019. Harkunti P. Rahayu raised the issue of public readiness in facing disaster. He will deliver the topic of the �people-centered tsunami Early Warning System� which reflects the results of his research and implementation experience in the city of Padang. He established collaboration with various stakeholders with community elements to prepare the chain of early warning systems. Harkkunti P. Rahayu, Ph.D. obtained a doctoral degree in Kochi University of Technology, Japan, and is currently a researcher and teacher in architectural schools, policy planning and development, Bandung Institute of Technology. This discussion will be responded to by Ardhana Riswarie, MA. who are experienced as art therapists for children victims of disasters and researchers at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design.
