The monitoring and evaluation activities for the 3T Community Service Program in Eastern Indonesia, conducted by ITB and the Ministry of Villages, were welcomed by the Regent of Morotai, represented by Muchlis Baay, S.Pi. (Assistant 1), Jamaludin, S.H. (PMD Secretary), and Junaidi Rais, S.Pi. (DKP Secretary), on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at the Morotai Regent's Office.

The Ministry of Villages team, represented by Henny Mustika Sari, S.STP., Rosyid Imam Haqi, S.E., and Galang Eka Firmansyah, along with the ITB team represented by Ferdyansyah Poernama, Feiza Alfi S.T., MBA, and Najma Khansa Alya Afandi S.Kel., stated that the Ministry of Villages PDTT, in collaboration with the Bandung Institute of Technology, has implemented five appropriate technology projects in five villages.

The implementation of fish finder technology in Padimor Padange village, Morotai Jaya district, Morotai Island regency, was successful despite the high waves. According to the Secretary of the Marine and Fisheries Department, Junaidi Rais, S.Pi., Morotai Island is a producer and exporter of tuna. With this technology from ITB, it is expected to greatly assist fishermen in increasing tuna exports.
